    Ambikha

    Ambikha Devi is an internationally recognized teacher, practicing in Asia, Europe, and the US extensively for the last 12 years. Her offerings are always founded in Meditation, Conscious Breath and Embodiment Practices, Energy work, Therapy, Sound Healing, Mantra Chanting and Shamanic Practices.

    She holds a Masters Degree in Yogic Science from Manonmaniam Sundarar University in Tamil Nadu, India, where her Journey with Yoga begun 25 years ago.

    When Ambikha is not traveling abroad she’s currently doing beautiful work in Hong Kong conducting retreats, workshops, holding sacred circles in groups or one on one, working with different communities, especially with women through self healing and self transformation and assist the journey of remembrance.

    Amélie

    Meet Amelie, a dedicated yoga teacher and a proud Lamma Island resident since 2013. After years of deepening her personal yoga practice, she stepped beyond her comfort zone to complete intense yoga training in India.

    Now a certified 500-Hour RYT with an additional 95 hours of specialized training in trauma-informed children’s yoga, Amelie is passionate about sharing her love for yoga and guiding others on their unique journeys.

    April

    April has been practicing Yoga since 2010 and offering classes and Ayurveda health consultation since 2017, in Hong Kong and overseas.

    Her Ayurveda journey started with self-healing. I’ve been benefited from Ayurveda to overcome her clinical depressions and supported her post cancer recovery. She dedicated her spare time in silence meditation and mindfulness (Vipassana) and infused this to her classes. She trust all healing starts within and she tailors her classes to different individual needs. She has organised and led silence meditation retreats since 2020 worldwide. Certified E-RYT500, YACEP in Ayurveda Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin and Bodywork.

    Cheng Ya

    Meet Cheng Ya, a vibrant spirit and a polyglot yoga maestro! Taiwanese by heritage and blossomed in Belgium, she’s a cultural mosaic fluent in six languages. Her passion for yoga is as diverse as her linguistic prowess, embracing the technical finesse of asanas and the serene art of pranayama.

    Certified by Anahata in 2020, Cheng-Ya brings a unique blend of precision and mindfulness to her classes, both online and in-person. Whether it’s a private session or a group gathering, she infuses each class with her love for people, zest for life, and technical pose support. Join her on the mat, and experience the joyous balance of body and mind!

    Cheryl

    Cheryl has been teaching yoga and mindfulness since 2017, working with studios, corporates, schools, NGOs, and private clients in Hong Kong and Vietnam.

    She first came to yoga seeking relief from scoliosis-related back pain and fatigue. In one early class, the simple act of focusing on her hand during a pose brought a rare sense of presence, calm, and clarity that deeply moved her. With each practice, Cheryl became more attuned to her body and mind, noticing growth in strength, flexibility, and self-understanding.

    Certified in 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and 300-hour Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga facilitation, she guides classes that are inclusive, accessible, and focused on helping students being mindful, leaving students feeling refreshed, relaxed, and energized.

    Kreanne

    Kreanne is a kindergarten teacher and dancer who discovered the power of dance at age two. Dance became her secret language, letting her drift into another world whenever music played. Though she has trained in ballet and explored other forms, contemporary dance has captured her heart with its raw emotional freedom.

    Today, Kreanne brings that same passion into her classroom, inspiring others to move, express, and find their own voices through dancing.

    Loretta

    A dancer, certified yoga instructor, and crystal singing bowl sound healer, Loretta believes that yoga is a lifelong practice on and off the mat, a journey back to Self.

    Her classes weave movement, breath, and sound to create space for presence, balance, and inner peace. She’s grateful to hold space for each person’s unique path towards healing and wholeness.

    Maggie

    Maggie started practicing yoga asana in 2018 after finding herself in a dark place, feeling lost and untethered in the fast-paced Hong Kong lifestyle. She gradually started learning more about meditation and yoga philosophy, and completed her 200 hours YTT in India in 2022. She's been teaching Hatha and Vinyasa classes on Lamma Island since then and offered pro bono classes at the South China Morning Post where she worked.

    Today, Maggie incorporates the handpan and voice in her Restorative classes, and focuses on her students' energetical alignment instead of only anatomical adjustment. Her philosophy in yoga is to connect to our deepest selves and create inner spaciousness through moving, breathing and most importantly, feeling.

    Mark

    Mark is a seasoned fitness professional with over 15 years of experience. He discovered his passion for fitness and decided to make it a career way back in 2007. Mark is certified in a wide range of programs, including indoor cycling, Les Mills BodyPump, RPM, and BodyCombat.

    He is also an experienced Pilates instructor and a former Les Mills presenter. Known for his infectious energy and motivational style, Mark helps his students maximize the benefits of their workouts. Outside the gym, Mark enjoys outdoor cycling, and as a self-proclaimed avid gamer, he balances his active lifestyle with his passion for gaming.

    Mel

    Mel is known for her caring dedication to sharing helpful practices with others on the path to inner freedom. 

    As well as teaching Hatha yoga and mindfulness, she designs experiences that foster self-reflection and meaningful connection, with guided journalling, circles, storytelling and tea ceremonies. 

    “With practices like Vipassana meditation and The Work by Byron Katie, I am learning to surf internal waves, instead of drowning in them.” 

    Born in Zambia to bi-racial parents, Mel lived in the UK and China before moving to HK in 2016. She knows a bit of Putonghua and appreciates every opportunity to practice it!

    Mei is the founder of the studio, and a healer skilled in sound healing, yoga, and various ceremonies. Mei’s teachings focus on wellness areas like anxiety relief, body awareness and mental clarity.

    With a strong hospitality background, she intuitively meets participants' needs, fostering self-love, inner peace, and mindful connections. Her caring presence transforms interactions into nurturing experiences, helping everyone feel grounded and cherished. Mei’s compassionate teaching reflects her ongoing healing journey and devotion to service and humanity.
